Payment by cheque is no longer accepted.

The UK Domestic Cheque Guarantee Scheme closed on 30 June 2011. Because payment by cheque will no longer be guaranteed by the scheme most businesses will stop accepting cheques.

You can continue to pay by cash on board bus and local rail services and by cash or credit/debit card at Translink Bus and Rail stations, on-board cross border rail services and at the Metro kiosk, Donegall Square West.

Smartcard top-ups are available at PayPoint, Smartlink Agents and Translink Stations.

NIR Travel, Private Hire and Tours (Overnight, Extended and Educational Tours) can continue to be paid for by cheque.
